A safe, child-led approach

Deirdre brings over 10 years of experience working with children as a Child Psychotherapist. Her approach is humanistic, flexible and child-led, creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where children can explore themselves at their own pace.

The aim is to help children understand

How I feel matters.

What I do matters.

How I treat others matters.

And I have the ability to change.
